[Tech] 0.5 seednode file

Hi,

	Some people have been complaining that the 0.5 seedfile we
	bundle on our website is outdated : Indeed it is.

	Emu is still harvesting data and assembling/publishing it. The
	problem is that most -if not all- of our 0.5 sources are down or
	unreachable.

	Are some people still running .5 ? Would they contribute to the
	seedfile generation letting our server grab some data from their
	fproxy ?
