[freenet-support] Freenet 0.7 build 1119

Freenet 0.7 build 1119 is available and will be mandatory on Monday. Please 
upgrade. The last few builds were seriously broken in various ways. Sorry for 
the recent mess... :| Some bug fixes, and some minor features, exposed (or 
sometimes caused) larger bugs, and I didn't properly test everything before 
releasing it. Please upgrade, and report any remaining bugs to the bugtracker 
or elsewhere. Thank you for testing Freenet. :)
