[freenet-support] Freenet 0.7 build 1106

Sorry folks, we need yet another pre-0.7-alpha-2 testing build. This one is 
mandatory at midnight tonight. Changes:
- Even more messaging layer fixes, affecting data transfer and possibly 
swapping.
- Crypto paranoia.
- IP hint related fixes, and detect when an ipAddressOverride is invalid and 
tell the user (without clobbering it).
- Minor FCP fix.
- Stats improvements.

Please upgrade ASAP. Please report any bugs you find to the bug tracker at 
https://bugs.freenetproject.org/ or by some other means.
