[freenet-support] restricting freenet to IPv6 only

Well, that's the "hit it with a club" way :)
after looking at the .ini file it looks like binding the node and
opennode to my specific v6 address seems to do the trick (although the
lack of IPv6 seeds is going to be an issue).
