[freenet-support] Freenet 0.7 build 1082

Freenet 0.7 build 1082 is now available. This, and previous builds since 1076, 
fix various bugs, mostly introduced in 1076, mostly relating to the node 
failing to save important data to disk, or accidentally deleting it. It also 
fixes the bandwidth bug, which caused the output bandwidth to be very high 
and the payload percentage to be very low, because of a bug related to 
rekeying. This build will be mandatory on Sunday, so please update; your node 
should do this automatically, or offer to.

Sorry for all the problems in the last few builds, hopefully this will be the 
last critical-bugfix-build for a while. :)
