[freenet-support] Freenet 0.7 build 1093

Freenet 0.7 build 1093 is now available. Please upgrade, it will be mandatory 
on Friday. It includes various improvements to the seed-node connection code, 
so in particular our current seednodes should upgrade. It also includes some 
major refactoring on the low-level CHK insert code, which should save some 
threads as well as make the code more readable. There is also further work on 
the explanations and alerts we show the user about opennet, and some more 
out-of-disk-space fixes.
