For the last three weeks or so I've not been able to get any incoming messages on Frost at all and freesites are getting slower and slower to load.

I've got 16 refs and most of them work most of the time:

I've re-installed frost clean several times and made sure to have current stable freenet build as well as trying the latest testing builds
