[freenet-support] Cannot start the darknet service

I have tried both the normal and offline installation.
When the installation is finished, The Succesful Installation page pops out.
Then I click the "here" hyperlink, the "Cannot Display the Webpage" is
shown.

I try to start the service manually by execute "start.cmd".
After a while, I get an error message which means the following(I am using
an OS whose language is other than english):
