When will freemail be ready to be bundled with Freenet? It needs a
usable GUI to set it up in the first place; what else is needed?

Really the only thing I think is necessary before it being bundled is more 
testing. That ought to follow naturally once the GUI is in place, as more 
people should start to use it once it has a pretty interface. I'll try & get 
the GUI done soon, although time is at a bit of a premium now.

Such as? The README file in the distribution contains all the information 
requried to use it (although granted it's not available in the same place as 
the jar file - perhaps that should be rectified.) The protocol is also fully 
documented.

A website/freesit/both would be nice, although the priority of that is a way 
below geting the GUI done.

Hi all.

When running freemail I get this error after a few minutes:

Exception in thread "Account Watcher for sbc"
java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 8
        at org.bouncycastle.crypto.digests.SHA256Digest.unpackWord(SHA256Digest.java:82)
        at org.bouncycastle.crypto.digests.SHA256Digest.doFinal(SHA256Digest.java:108)
        at freemail.HashSlotManager.incSlot(HashSlotManager.java:37)
        at freemail.SlotManager.getNextSlot(SlotManager.java:149)
        at freemail.InboundContact.fetch(InboundContact.java:89)
        at freemail.SingleAccountWatcher.run(SingleAccountWatcher.java:125)
        at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:595)

Freemail seems to keep running, and the mail server is working, but it
doesn't seem to keep looking for new messages.

On a more general note, does anyone have a way of monitoring if
freemail is actually running well? When running the process on a
external machine for longer periods of time, I have a hard time
telling if it is actually running, or has come to a halt.
