[freenet-dev] 0.7 alpha 2 release schedule

0.7 alpha 2 will be released on Monday. I have created a branch from build 
1103. Hopefully there will be no substantial changes needed; if not, we'll 
have to release 1104 from a branch. In any case, normal development can 
continue on trunk.
