[freenet-dev] GSoC 2008

Nextgens wants to be a student this year. I've been approached by somebody 
wanting to work on searching (jai_menon).

Should we do GSoC this year? IMHO we can do better than last year, at least we 
can operate more efficiently (perhaps with less students) than last year.
