[freenet-dev] Freenet 0.7 build 1031

Freenet 0.7 build 1031 is now available. Please upgrade. This build
fixes a major bug which was causing downloads to hang. Also a few other
bugfixes, and some work on localisation. Most of the fproxy frontend is
now translateable; thanks to _ph00 and Cooo we actually have
translations (into Italian and Swedish) for a lot of it.

Please upgrade, and tell us if the auto-update fails, or if you find any
bugs. Thank you for using Freenet!
