[freenet-dev] Freenet 0.7 build 1024

Freenet 0.7 build 1024 is now available. This fixes various bugs in
1022 relating to direct disk access (especially in Frost), timeouts when
starting up (fixed in 1023), etc.

Please upgrade. Please tell me if the auto-update system doesn't work
for you.
