known issue. I've got a commit waiting for it to come back.
A quick reproduction of part of the problem for me is trying to bring up
Mantis:
https://bugs.freenetproject.org/
gives me a
Unable to connect: Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at
bugs.freenetproject.org.
