All above looks good, though I dunno about splitting on the "so".
It's myref.fref, not myref.txt. Please fix this.

Something like that yeah. Functions of this warning:
- To warn people that indexes/freesites may link to absolutely anything.
- To warn people not to visit sites posted by anonymous cowards on
Frost (because they are probably goatse, or worse).

We could keep the copyright notice, maybe replace it with a copyleft
notice with a link to the GPL.

Not that I know of. Is the above displayed by Fproxy or is it on the
website? If the former, we can just use a relative link - <a href="/">.
