Of course I agree that user friendliness matters - The text needs to be
clear, short, and precise.
I put forward my proposal, and tried to be as clear as possible, while
still explaining the details of the situation. My proposal uses most of
your fine words.
My concern was more that since everyone has some skill at crafting words
in the English language, it's easy to go round and round for a long
time, since everyone has an opinion on the subject. That said, until a
release/slashdotting/etc, the exact wording is easy enough to change, so
I suppose it doesn't hurt much to debate it ;)
