[freenet-dev] Iz-installer`s Spanish translation update - spa.xml

[Caco Patane]

A friend was trying to send a translation but was unable because he
isn't on the devl list.

In the wiki must be given other e-mail address: "4) Send the file to
devl AT freenetproject DOT org".

I've tried to commit the changes but:
