[freenet-dev] Persistent downloads never internally restarted?

Just an obervation: I have a download running which stucks at some
point. But it keeps running, means it doesn't fail. No matter how long
the node runs, the download seems to hang. If I restart the node, then
suddenly the download continues and more blocks arrive, until it
stucks again. If I restart the node each time when the download
stucks, then it completes sometimes.

Could this be an internal problem?
