[freenet-dev] Fproxy and CSSes

Hi,
	Today I have implemented the ticket #1279 [1]: It's now possible 
	to set and use an external CSS with fproxy. I hope it will
	encourage people to contribute and that it will lead to the
	improvement of bundled ones [2].
