[freenet-chat] rubyFreenet 0.1 released

I think rubyFreenet is at the stage where I can call it 0.1. There are
probably bugs and issues all around, but it works for me.

It includes a few simple sample applications:
 - indexr - a basic spider that outputs an HTML page.
 - rsite - A basic site management system, it's very flaky.
 - rqueue - A queue management system with DRb and HTTP interfaces
