[freenet-chat] ANN: Ruby FCP library

After hours of hard work I've created a Ruby FCP client library. You
can grab it from
http://www.sitharus.com/~sitharus/freenetr/freenet_client.rb, browse
http://www.sitharus.com/~sitharus/freenetr/ for an example, check
indexer.rb. Docs are at
http://www.sitharus.com/~sitharus/freenetr/doc/

It currently supports basic put and get. I'm going to add the more
complex puts soon. generate_ssk should also work.

Persistent requests won't work properly yet, I haven't put much
thought in to how to manage them.
